Ingredients for Soya Saag Aloo

Soya Saag / Dill leaves – 250 grams

Potatoes – 2

Mustard oil – 2 tbsp

Dry Red chilly – 2

Red chilly powder – ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder – less than ¼ tsp

Salt – as per taste

How to make Soya Sag aloo

1. Soak the soya leaves in water and rinse them well twice and chopped them. Peel the potatoes and chop them in medium chunks.

2. Heat enough oil in a pan.

3. Add the dry red chillies and chopped potatoes and mix them thoroughly.

4. Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt stir fry it with potatoes.

5. Now add soya saag and mix well. over and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

6. Remove the lid and stir them a little to mix.

7. Check the sabzi, potatoes have turned tender and sabzi is ready.

8. Turn of the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl.

9. Soya saag potato is ready, serve them with roti or steam rice.
